    • Two night minimum on weekends (holidays and peak season July and August) 

    • Cottage check in time is 3p.m. (may vary with prior arrangement)

    • Check out time is 11 a.m.

    • Sleeps 4 (Low loft with queen size bed, perfect for kids)

    • Pets are permitted with a $20 pet fee (dogs on leash please)

    • Smoking is NOT permitted inside the cottages. A $100.00 charge for smoking in the rooms will be applied.

    Robin Hood Village Resort Cancellation policy: We require a 7 day notice for cancellation in a cottage. If you contact us at 360-898-2163 we will try our best to rent the cottage, but if we are unable to rent it you will be charged half the room rate. If you do not contact us it will be at full rate (groups included).
